Modern Equipment
All of our equipment is state-of-the-art and in always in excellent condition. Our coaches will train all gymnasts to properly use the equipment, which will help with their balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance.
Tumbling
Tumbling is a form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment.
Vaults
The vault is an artistic gymnastics apparatus on which gymnasts perform. Our gymnasts can use these vaults to do their Handspring and round-offs.
Balance Beams
The balance beam is a rectangular artistic gymnastics apparatus, usually only performed by female gymnasts. All our beams conform tot he guidelines and specifications set forth by the International Gymnastics Federation.
Floor Mats
Mats are used for safety in gymnastics and in training new skills. The use of mats is mandatory in both competition and practice. We keep all of our mats in great condition and replace them whenever it is needed.
Bars
The uneven bars or asymmetric bars are placed at different heights and widths, allowing the gymnast to transition from bar to bar. A gymnast usually adds white chalk to the hands so that they can grip the bar better.
Trampolines
Trampolines are used as an acrobatic training tool and can include simple jumps in the straight, pike, tuck, or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward or backward somersaults and twists.
